Holiday rental in La Grande-Motte, very beautiful apartment for 4 people, ideally located in a residence with swimming pool in La Grande-Motte. Just a few steps from the Golf and very close to Lake Ponant, this functional and fully equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay in a calm and green setting.
Its air-conditioned living room opens onto a beautiful ground-floor terrace facing south, offering optimal brightness throughout the day. The apartment consists of a comfortable living room with sofa, as well as two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes. The first bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, the second with a 140 cm sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.
The apartment also has a flat-screen TV as well as a WiFi connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, electric hob, breakfast area with toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. Plenty of storage cupboards are available, as well as a washing machine.
The separate sleeping area provides access to a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
